Register of certificate issuers in the Republic of Macedonia (no longer in force)

According to Article 34, paragraph (1) of the Law on documents in electronic form and electronic signature (no longer in force), the Ministry of Information Society and Administration shall keep a Register of certificate issuers in the Republic of Macedonia.

With the Law on Electronic Documents, Electronic Identification and Trust Services entering into force, the Law on Electronic Data and Electronic Signature (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 34/2001, 6/2002, 98/2008 and 33/15) ceases to be valid..

Pursuant to the Law on Electronic Documents, Electronic Identification and Trust Services, the Ministry of Information Society and Administration maintains a Register of Trust Service Providers and electronic identification schemes, available at the following link.
