Pursuant to Article 37, paragraph 2, of the Law on Electronic Documents, Electronic Identification and Trust Services, Trust Service Providers established by an EU Member State and are registered in the EU’s List of Trust Services, may operate and provide services on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, without prior registration in the Register of trust service providers and electronic identification schemes.
